개인정보처리방침

(주)위카코퍼레이션(이하 "회사")은 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 회사가 운영하는 WeBring(위브링) 서비스(www.webring.kr 및 관련 채널, 이하 "서비스") 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 본 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

회사는 상담 신청 및 문의 처리를 위해 다음의 개인정보를 수집합니다.

• 상담·문의 시(필수): 이름, 이메일 주소, 문의 내용
• 카카오톡·채널톡 상담 시: 대화 내용, 메신저 프로필 식별자
• 서비스 이용 과정에서 자동 생성·수집: 접속 IP, 쿠키, 서비스 이용 기록, 브라우저·기기 정보

회사는 주민등록번호·여권번호·외국인등록번호 등 고유식별정보와 사상·건강 등 민감정보를 수집하지 않으며, 상담 과정에서 이용자가 제공한 경우 처리 목적 달성 즉시 파기합니다.

2. 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적

• 상담 신청 접수, 본인 확인 및 회신
• 외국인 정착 관련(보험·비자·취업·문화 등) 정보 제공 및 서비스 연결
• 서비스 개선, 신규 서비스 개발 및 이용 통계 분석
• 법령 및 이용약관 위반 행위 대응, 법령상 의무 이행

3. 개인정보의 보유·이용 기간

회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 본 방침에서 고지한 범위를 넘어 이용하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다.

• 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우
• 법령에 의거하거나 수사기관이 적법한 절차에 따라 요청한 경우

5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁

회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하며, 위탁계약 시 개인정보가 안전하게 관리되도록 필요한 사항을 규정합니다.

6. 개인정보의 국외 이전

회사는 서비스 분석을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보를 국외로 이전(처리위탁)하고 있습니다. 이용자는 동의를 거부할 수 있으며, 이 경우 브라우저 설정을 통한 쿠키·분석 거부가 가능합니다.

7. 정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있으며, 요청은 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 서면, 이메일 등으로 접수할 수 있습니다. 요청은 위임장을 통해 대리인이 할 수 있으며, 회사는 요청 접수 후 10일 이내에 필요한 조치를 취하고 결과를 통지합니다.

만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 원칙적으로 수집하지 않으며, 수집이 필요한 경우 법정대리인의 동의를 받습니다. 법정대리인은 아동의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.

8. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

회사는 보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.

• 파기 절차: 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 내부 방침 및 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 저장된 후 파기되거나 즉시 파기됩니다.
• 파기 방법: 전자적 파일은 복구·재생이 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제하며, 출력물 등은 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.

9. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

회사는 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위해 다음과 같은 조치를 취하고 있습니다.

• 관리적 조치: 내부관리계획 수립·시행, 개인정보 취급 직원의 최소화 및 교육
• 기술적 조치: 개인정보 처리 시스템의 접근권한 관리, 접근통제, 중요정보의 암호화, 보안 프로그램 운영
• 물리적 조치: 개인정보가 보관된 시스템에 대한 접근 통제

10. 쿠키 등 자동 수집 장치의 운영

회사는 서비스 분석 및 이용자 경험 개선을 위해 Google Analytics 4 등 분석 쿠키를 사용합니다. 이용자는 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키 저장을 거부하거나, Google Analytics 차단 부가기능(tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout)을 통해 분석을 거부할 수 있습니다. 쿠키를 거부하더라도 서비스 이용에는 제한이 없으나 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.

회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄하여 책임지고, 이용자의 불만 처리 및 피해 구제를 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

13. 고지의 의무

본 개인정보처리방침의 내용 추가·삭제 및 수정이 있을 경우 시행 7일 전부터 웹사이트를 통해 공지합니다. 본 방침은 2026년 6월 4일부터 적용되며, 이전 버전은 요청 시 제공합니다.

Wika Corporation Inc. ("the Company") operates the WeBring service (www.webring.kr and related channels, "the Service") and establishes this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information in compliance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and related laws.

1. Information We Collect

• When you contact us (required): name, email address, and the content of your inquiry
• During KakaoTalk / Channel Talk consultations: conversation content and messenger profile identifiers
• Automatically generated during use: IP address, cookies, service usage logs, browser/device information

We do not collect unique identifiers such as resident registration, passport, or alien registration numbers, or sensitive information. If provided during a consultation, such data is destroyed as soon as its purpose is fulfilled.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

• To receive consultation requests, verify identity, and respond
• To provide information and connect services for settling in Korea (insurance, visa, jobs, culture, etc.)
• To improve services, develop new services, and analyze usage statistics
• To address violations of law or terms, and to fulfill legal obligations

3. Retention Period

In principle, we delete personal information without delay once its purpose is fulfilled, except where retention is required by law.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not use or disclose your personal information beyond the scope stated here, except with your prior consent or when required by law or a lawful request from an investigative authority.

For analytics, we transfer personal information overseas as below. You may refuse by disabling cookies/analytics in your browser settings.

7. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time via the Data Protection Officer below. Requests may be made through an authorized agent, and we will take action and notify you of the result within 10 days of receipt.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14 without the consent of their legal representative, who may also exercise the above rights on the child's behalf.

8. Destruction of Personal Information

When the retention period expires or the purpose is achieved, electronic files are permanently deleted in an unrecoverable manner, and printed materials are shredded or incinerated.

9. Security Measures

We apply administrative measures (internal management plan, staff training), technical measures (access control, encryption of key data, security programs), and physical measures (access control to storage systems).

10. Cookies

We use analytics cookies including Google Analytics 4 to analyze the Service and improve user experience. You can refuse cookie storage in your browser settings or opt out of analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on. Refusing cookies does not block use of the Service, though some features may be limited.

13. Changes to This Policy

Any changes will be announced on our website at least 7 days before they take effect. This policy applies from June 4, 2026; previous versions are available upon request.
