이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 (주)위카코퍼레이션(이하 "회사")이 운영하는 WeBring(위브링) 서비스(www.webring.kr, 이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

"서비스"란 회사가 외국인의 한국 생활 정착을 지원하기 위해 제공하는 보험·비자·취업·문화체험 등에 관한 정보 제공 및 상담 연결 서비스를 말합니다. "이용자"란 본 약관에 따라 회사가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 회사는 「약관의 규제에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일자 및 변경 사유를 명시하여 사전 공지합니다.

제4조 (서비스의 제공 및 성격)

회사는 다음의 서비스를 제공합니다.

• 외국인 대상 보험·비자·취업·문화 등 한국 생활 정보 제공
• 전문 상담 연결 및 관련 서비스 안내
• 기타 회사가 정하는 서비스

회사는 정보 제공 및 상담 연결을 수행할 뿐, 보험·비자·취업 등 개별 서비스의 계약 당사자나 직접 판매·중개자가 아닙니다. 유료 서비스를 제공하는 경우 별도의 약관 및 환불 정책을 둘 수 있습니다. 서비스는 연중무휴 제공을 원칙으로 하나, 시스템 점검·장애 등의 사유로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.

제5조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

• 타인의 정보를 도용하는 행위
• 회사 서비스의 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 법령 또는 공서양속에 위반되는 행위

제6조 (면책)

회사가 제공하는 정보는 참고용이며, 보험 가입·비자 발급·취업 등 최종 결정 및 처리는 관계 기관 및 이용자 본인의 판단과 책임에 따릅니다. 회사는 천재지변, 이용자의 귀책 등 회사의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 손해에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인하여 발생한 손해에 대해서는 그러하지 아니합니다.

제7조 (지식재산권)

서비스에 포함된 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권 및 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 이용자는 회사의 사전 동의 없이 이를 복제·배포·상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

제8조 (준거법 및 관할)

본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁은 「민사소송법」이 정하는 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

Terms of Service

Effective date: June 4, 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Wika Corporation Inc. ("the Company") and users in connection with the use of the WeBring service (www.webring.kr, "the Service") operated by the Company.

2. Definitions

"Service" means the information and consultation-connection services that the Company provides to support foreigners settling in Korea, covering insurance, visa, employment, cultural experiences, and related topics. "User" means anyone who uses the Service under these Terms.

3. Effect and Amendment of Terms

These Terms take effect when posted on the Service. The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law and will announce the effective date and reason for any change in advance.

4. Provision and Nature of the Service

The Company provides information on life in Korea for foreigners (insurance, visa, employment, culture, etc.), connection to professional consultations, and other services it determines. The Company only provides information and consultation connections; it is not a contracting party, direct seller, or broker for individual services such as insurance, visa, or employment. Where paid services are offered, separate terms and a refund policy may apply. The Service is provided year-round in principle but may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or failures.

5. User Obligations

Users must not misappropriate others' information, interfere with the operation of the Service, or act in violation of law or public order and morals.

6. Disclaimer

Information provided by the Company is for reference only. Final decisions and procedures regarding insurance enrollment, visa issuance, employment, and the like rest with the relevant authorities and the user's own judgment and responsibility. The Company is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure or user fault — except for damages caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

Copyright and intellectual property rights in content included in the Service belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit such content without the Company's prior consent.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes shall be brought before the competent court as determined by the Civil Procedure Act.
